Our showroom displays a curated selection of pieces; all orders are made to order or customised based on buyer requirements. We serve both domestic Indian buyers and international trade clients.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, servers, or databases.
• Use automated scripts, scrapers, or bots without our written permission.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or harmful content.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or business.

4. Product Information and Pricing

• All products displayed are handcrafted. Minor variations in colour, finish, weight, and dimensions are inherent to artisan work and do not constitute defects.
• Product photographs are taken under studio lighting; actual finish may vary slightly based on screen settings and environmental light.
• Prices are not displayed on the public site. Pricing is provided on inquiry basis, depending on quantity, finish, customisation, and destination.
• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Quotes are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless explicitly requested in another currency.
• We reserve the right to revise prices, decline orders, or discontinue products at our discretion.

5. Orders, Payments, and Confirmations

• An inquiry submitted through our website is a request for quote, not a confirmed order.
• A confirmed order requires (a) our written acceptance of your purchase order, and (b) receipt of agreed advance payment (typically 50% for domestic, 30%–50% for export).
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, and wire transfer (T/T) for export. Specific terms are provided on quote.
• For export orders, full balance must be received before shipment dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Production lead time typically ranges from 15 to 45 days depending on order size and customisation. Exact lead time is confirmed at order acceptance.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

• Domestic shipments are dispatched via reputed Indian courier and logistics services.
• International shipments are made under agreed Incoterms (typically FOB Mumbai or CIF destination port).
• Once goods are handed to the carrier, risk transfers to the buyer. We provide insurance arrangements on request at additional cost.
• Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges at the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless DDP terms are agreed.
• We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, port strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Damages

• Because every piece is handcrafted to order, we do not accept returns based on change of mind.
• If a product arrives damaged in transit, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will, at our option, repair, replace, or refund the affected item.
• If a product is materially different from the agreed specification, we will arrange replacement or partial refund after inspection.
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 14 working days via the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including product photographs, descriptions, the "Home Crafts Gallery" name and logo, page layouts, and CSS styling — is owned by Home Crafts Gallery or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law.

You may view, share, and download our content for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce our images, designs, or product descriptions for commercial use, republish them on other websites, or use them in your own marketing without our prior written permission.

9. Email Subscriptions

By subscribing to our newsletter, you grant Home Crafts Gallery permission to send you occasional marketing emails about new products, collections, offers, and craft stories.
